## What ICleviathan does

- **IC Qualification & Failure Analysis**, reliability assurance from component to system
  level, JESD47 for consumer parts, the full AEC-Q automotive family, and non-destructive,
  electrical and physical failure analysis. Delivered as the authorised sales agent for
  iST Taiwan.
- **Board Level Reliability (BLR)**, qualification of the solder interconnect between the
  package and the customer's board, after assembly: board-level temperature cycling
  (IPC-9701), board-level drop test (JESD22-B111), cyclic bend (JESD22-B113), monotonic
  bend, mechanical shock and vibration, on daisy-chain test vehicles under continuous event
  detection, followed by dye-and-pry and cross-section analysis to locate the failed joint.
  Component-level qualification proves the part; board level reliability proves the joint.
  Delivered as the authorised sales agent for iST Taiwan.
- **Digital IC Design**, turnkey concept-to-silicon SoC development: system architecture,
  physical design down to the 3 nm node, OSAT and 2.5D packaging, test, RTL and BSP
  software, quality control, wafer procurement and delivery logistics. Delivered as the
  authorised sales agent for CoAsia SEMI.
- **Analog & RF Design**, analog and mm-wave IC design across process nodes from 0.18 µm
  to 5 nm including FD-SOI and FinFET: full transceivers, PLLs and frequency synthesizers,
  analog baseband, front-ends, high-speed interfaces and clock distribution. Delivered as
  the authorised sales agent for NanoZeta.
- **IC Assembly**, assembly-house and package selection weighed on capability, yield risk
  and unit cost, then support through qualification builds.
- **IC Manufacturing**, support at every stage of the manufacturing cycle, from first
  engineering samples through ramp to sustained high-volume production.
