Iris manages ICleviathan's customer programs, matching each stage of a project to the right vendor, holding the schedule, and staying accountable for the outcome.
Her field is large-scale operations and supply chain: fourteen years running organisation-wide integration processes and complex operations, with collaborative teams across an entire business.
That is the discipline an IC program runs on: many vendors, long lead times, and one person answerable for the result. Iris has more than 25 years of it, and has led ICleviathan since taking over management of the company.
