This site describes what ICleviathan does and who we work with. It is general information, published in good faith and kept as accurate as we can make it. It is not an offer, a quotation, a specification, or professional advice on your particular part or programme. Nothing here should be relied on as the basis of an engineering or purchasing decision without talking to us first, the answer usually depends on details this site cannot know.

3. Technical information

Standards, process nodes, accreditations and capabilities described on this site reflect what our principals published at the time of writing. Standards are revised, scopes change, and accreditations are renewed on their own schedules. Before an engagement we confirm the current scope for your specific programme, in writing. We give no warranty that any figure on this site is current on the day you read it.

4. Intellectual property

The text, the drawings, the layout and the code of this site belong to ICleviathan Ltd. You may read it, print it, quote it with attribution, and link to it freely. You may not republish it as your own or use it to build a competing description of the same services.

The names and logos of iST, CoAsia SEMI, NanoZeta, Samsung Foundry, Qualcomm, and every other company named on this site belong to those companies. They appear here to identify a real relationship or a real accreditation. Their appearance is not an endorsement of anything else on this site, and it does not transfer any right in those marks to anyone.

5. Links to other sites

Where we link to a principal's website or to a source, we do not control what is published there and we are not responsible for it. Following an outbound link takes you outside our site and outside these terms.

6. No warranty, and the limit of our liability
